The Eagles had one of the best seasons in NFL history last year, and they were recognized for it on Wednesday night at the ESPYs, winning the Best Team award.

Philadelphia won over champions in multiple other leagues, including some college squads.

The Eagles tied an NFL record by winning 18 games last season, finishing the regular season 14-3 (including a team-best 10-game winning streak) before running the table in the postseason.

Their championship run was capped by a 55-23 win over the Washington Commanders in the NFC Championship Game and a 40-22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX.

Philadelphia set an NFL record with 3,866 rushing yards in the regular season and postseason and also had the league's top-ranked defense.

The Eagles had stars all over the field, including the AP Offensive Player of the Year in Saquon Barkley and Zack Baun, who was a finalist for AP Defensive Player of the Year. Rookies Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean were both named finalists for AP Defensive Rookie of the Year.
